Our Process and Advantages
After receiving a client order, we create a team to discuss the best manufacturing solution, from wrapping copper conductors all the way to the finished product. After the production process is confirmed, we will manufacture samples, test them, and share the test results with the client.
We pay strict attention to cable reliability and performance, carrying out extensive performance tests, including tests for weather resistance, acid and alkali resistance, wear resistance, temperature resistance, signal clarity, and signal stability.
We imported a cable detection and control system from SIKORA to ensure cable quality during the mass production. High frequency test equipment inspects each production process, and each finished product is tested in a simulated environment using a variety of professional equipment, including network analyzers such as E5071C, Fluke, and Simplay SL-881 to ensure final equipment quality exceeds international quality standards.
