CYK has equipped state-of-the-art cable production equipment which completes the entire cable production process from early extrusion for copper conductor to finished product packaging. We have factories that cover more than 5000 square meters and are staffed by over 200 highly skilled employees. Our cables are currently sold in Taiwan, Singapore, Korea and other Asian districts and countries. We can offer custom injection molding for rubber, plastic PVC, nylon, etc. Our customers know that when they get a cable from us, it will meet or exceed their expectations.

To guarantee the quality of our cable products, we utilize an on-line detection control system provided by German company Sikora. It is applied to monitor the production equipment in real-time, while high frequency detection equipment is used to monitor each procedure of the production stages. To ensure CYK cables meet international industry standards, an E5071C network analyzer, Fluke, Simplay SL-881, and other testing devices are used to carry out testing. Measurements are conducted under practical simulations. Here at Changyang, we always focus on the needs of our customers and we are able to design special cables to meet specific demands. Because of this, we are able to provide cables testing report with resistance to weather, acid and alkali, abrasion, and bending along with other requirements. High and low temperature cables are also available.
