After receiving a client order, we compose a team to determine the best manufacturing process for a customer’s needs, covering all processes from wrapping copper conductors all the way to finished product assembly. After the production process has been confirmed, we will manufacture samples, test them, then share the test results with the customer.
We pay strict attention to cable reliability and performance, carrying out extensive performance tests, including tests for weather resistance, acid and alkali resistance, wear resistance, temperature resistance, signal clarity, and signal stability.
We imported a cable detection and control system from SIKORA to ensure cable quality during the mass production. High frequency test equipment inspects each production process, and each finished product is tested in a simulated environment using a variety of professional equipment, including network analyzers such as E5071C, Fluke, and Simplay SL-881 to ensure final equipment quality exceeds international quality standards.
